Grazie to the 60+ of you that participated in our Northern California wine and cheese pairing event. That was a blast! And special thanks to Liam at Bellwether Farms for sending the still hard-to-find Jersey cow whole milk ricotta to try. It was a big hit and everyone wants to know where to find it.

So glad that events like this are happening and so well supported. Many thanks to Marco for organizing this. Great to hear the positive response to the whole milk ricotta. I have worked really hard on that one and we continue to work on the best way to pack it for retailers. Currently only a few are handling it. Two of the early adapters is the Pasta Shop in the East Bay and Cowgirl in the Ferry Plaza. Hopefully I will be able to add a few more to the list soon. As I know more I will post some names here. Thanks again for supporting all the local cheese companies. I feel really lucky to be part of such a great community.
