So glad that events like this are happening and so well supported. Many thanks to Marco for organizing this. Great to hear the positive response to the whole milk ricotta. I have worked really hard on that one and we continue to work on the best way to pack it for retailers. Currently only a few are handling it. Two of the early adapters is the Pasta Shop in the East Bay and Cowgirl in the Ferry Plaza. Hopefully I will be able to add a few more to the list soon. As I know more I will post some names here. Thanks again for supporting all the local cheese companies. I feel really lucky to be part of such a great community.
