this would be great to attend! i, and a guest, would be happy to make whatever is needed. we're pretty handy in the kitchen.

i usually work sunday nights at the restaurant but would relish the idea of the night off for this ;)

i've only attended once (made lavender/lemon soda) but since seafood's on the menu...

Hello Marco

If anyone cancels, I'd like to do something with seaweed(appetizer or salad) I'll use one or several kinds of seaweed. One particular seaseed will be used for sure: sea palm,sustainable seafood, exclusively indigenous to California’s north coast, much overlooked and underappreciated.

Want to back seaweed up :-)

Would love to come by again, perhaps with a guest... I'm adventurous, so I can make whatever dish we're missing. I'm thinking a hawaiian style lau lau with some buttery type fish, maybe gindara. Or maybe lobster eclaires!
