Buongiorno,
Thank you. All our slots are full. A record: 45 slots in less than half-a-day.
If your name
is not listed in the comments section of the previous post, please stay
tuned -- we'd love to have you next time. If you
wish to be on the waiting list, please leave your email address and
name as a comment to this post. I'll contact you if anyone cancels.
Last dinner we did have three or four, and other people stepped in.
Ciao e grazie mille,
Marco Flavio

Happy to be on the waiting list. I will bring whatever the person who cancels had signed up for, should a space become available.

Marco - looks like lots of people are bringing salad - so we can bring vegetarian entrees - mom's ready to do okra and whatever else is in season at the market (okra certainly seems to be!)

To Buongiorno, let me add "Sat Siri Akal", a Sikh greeting. Yesterday's event to which we had privileged invite, really has converted a "Total Non FOODIE" to an "Art Form" practiced by some very friendly and charming persons. I admire the coceptualisation of the event (Bravo Marco) and for offering a place (Shabash Jeremy) to make a concept a working model. Can we replicate this in India - No unless cooks who do the cooking at home are allowed along with "Mem Sahibs". The men from India are useless in this art form as they are in many other aspects.
Thanks all participants for a very memorable afternoon.
Jeremy tells me that almost at all events, one parent came. So keep looking after the senior citizens. Hey folks if you are visiting India, do let us know. Marco has our coordinates.
Swarn (and Livleen) Kahlon
