Buongiorno.
Thank
you for the great response, again! Participation requests are increasing all the time, so thank you for registering early.
The numbers and courses for our local and seasonal food dinner have been tallied and without further ado, here are the results:
If you make a non-vegetarian entree, all poultry except turkey will be our meat of choice, organic and free-range whenever possible.
Vegetables: Yams, walnuts, swiss chard and brussels sprouts (the last two received the same number of votes).
Fruit: Kiwis and blood oranges (they are looking great now at the market).
The list of participants is below. All the spots are full so if you're wondering if you can bring a friend not
listed here, the answer is: Sorry, maybe next time. I've had to turn
down quite a few people already. If your name isn't on the list,
please stay tuned for the next dinner and register early.
As participation is
limited, please let us know at least four days before the dinner if
you're not going to be able to make it, so we can invite someone else
to join us. Emailing me on shorter notice (or not at all) is unfair to
us and to the people who wanted to participate and couldn't because all
the slots were taken. Currently I have 15 people on the waiting list.
Grazie,
Marco Flavio
