I have attached some photos from our gathering on Sunday March 27th, 2011. For those of you who didn't make it ...you missed out! I left the menu contributions open this time due to the high turn out and low produce choices in Texas, and because of that we had a wide array of dishes including quinoa salads, roasted chickens, ginger chicken, venison spaghetti, ceviche, mixed vegetable and pasta salads, BBQ, and for desert-cupcakes!
